摘要

Abstract

This study examines changes in the import volumes of major agricultural products—wheat

corn

barley

soybeans

and rapeseed oil—from Russia and Ukraine to China during 2021–2022. The findings reveal that the Russia-Ukraine conflict disrupted agricultural production in both countries

subsequently affecting China's import demand for these products. To address uncertainties in the international market

the study recommends strengthening domestic agricultural production capacity

increasing self-sufficiency rates for key crops such as soybeans and corn

and diversifying sources of imports. These measures aim to reduce reliance on a single country and ensure the stability and security of China's food supply.
