Driven by both the in-depth evolution of globalization and the intensification of domestic market competition

enterprises face multiple challenges in cross-cultural layout. On one hand

they need to cope with differentiated policies and regulations (such as data security and anti-monopoly clauses)

cultural customs (such as consumption preferences and communication modes)

and competitive landscapes (such as barriers from local enterprises and pressure from international giants) in target markets. On the other hand

they also need to address their own shortcomings in global resource integration (such as supply chain collaboration and local talent reserves)

risk management and control (such as exchange rate fluctuations and geopolitical risks)

and international brand building. This paper aims to explore the strategic significance and practical value of research on the destination selection for Chinese enterprises' overseas expansion

with DJI

a drone brand

as a case study. From the perspectives of strategic planning and risk avoidance

efficient resource allocation

policy and compliance adaptation

and long-term sustainable development

this paper adopts methods including case study (conducting an in-depth review of the enterprise's overseas timeline and key decision-making nodes) and quantitative research (collecting overseas social media sentiment data to analyze changes in brand perception) to study and analyze DJI

a successful Chinese enterprise in overseas expansion. The research results show that for enterprises to expand overseas

in-depth synergy between "strategic localization" and "globalized capabilities" is essential. Enterprises must not only adjust their business strategies based on the needs of target markets but also strengthen their core competitiveness to resist global market risks. Ultimately

this paper provides theoretical references and practical insights for Chinese enterprises to enhance their international competitiveness and achieve sustainable overseas expansion.
