摘要

Abstract

The effectiveness of international investment dispute settlement mechanisms directly affects the stability and legal security of transnational investment. The current investment dispute arbitration system still has many challenges in terms of fairness

cost-effectiveness and enforcement. This paper constructs a dispute resolution model based on game theory

proposes a quantitative assessment method

combines data-driven analysis to optimize the arbitration mechanism

and explores China's investment dispute resolution path. Through the design of intelligent technology path

system optimization strategy and the construction of risk prevention and control framework

it can improve the winning rate and execution power of Chinese investors in international dispute resolution

reduce legal risks and enhance the security of cross-border investment.
