This study delves into the association between Psychological Capital and Work Commitment among Generation Z workers in Vietnam. Through a survey conducted among Gen Z employees in Can Tho city
data was collected utilizing the snowball sampling method. The results uncover a significant positive correlation between Psychological Capital and Work Commitment
indicating that individuals with heightened levels of Psychological Capital tend to display stronger commitment to their work. Specifically
components of Psychological Capital such as self-confidence
hope
resilience
and optimism emerged as pivotal determinants of work commitment
impacting facets like job satisfaction
employee engagement
and work performance. These findings underscore the significance of fostering Psychological Capital among the younger workforce in Vietnam
fostering their dedication to their roles and organizations.
