This article aims to explore the way to combine the ideology of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and western scientific management

so as to optimize the management system of Z Company

which we chose to study as a case.

The research method of this paper is based on the basic theories of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) such as

the meridian theory

essence and spirit theory

Yin Yang and five elements theory

and

the doctrine of the mean

. Using the methods of image comparison

case analysis and questionnaire survey

we analyzed the

disease

existing in the compensation system of Z Company and come up with the solution.

This article refers to the thinking of

dredging meridians

regulating

Jing

Qi

and balancing

Yin

and

Yang

in Traditional Chinese Medicine theory and puts forward two method for optimization: First

adjusting the company's organizational structure to increase the interaction between departments; Second

optimizing the compensation system by adjusting the structure of total salary and performance incentive mechanism.
