Tianjin and Hebei

Hebei Province has formed a unique “science and technology innovation basin around Beijing and Tianjin” phenomenon due to the “double simplification” of science and technology investment channels and fund application

unclear definition of science and technology enterprise financing mode

and fuzzy financial support tools. Under the situation that financial policy is difficult to effectively support scientific and technological innovation

Hebei Province’s science and technology factoring industry

small and medium-sized science and technology IOT industry

science and technology crowd funding industry

intellectual property financing industry and financial derivatives industry have been greatly affected

which objectively restricts the virtuous circle of science and technology industry and financial policy game around Beijing and Tianjin. Only by forming a diversified

multi-level and multi-channel science and technology investment and financing system

quickly establishing a science and technology finance functional area

and establishing a science and technology finance mutual aid zone around Beijing

Tianjin and Hebei

can the overall level and level of science and technology finance strategy of Hebei Province be improved

and the fundamental transformation of the game mode between science and technology innovation and financial policy be realized.
