摘要

Abstract

Mongolia's higher education system has undergone profound changes in recent years. With the title of "Innovation in higher education Governance: Lessons Learned from Mongolia's education reform"

this study attempts to reveal its innovative practices and lessons in global higher education governance through an in-depth analysis of the reform process.Using the methods of literature review

in-depth interview and data analysis

this paper discusses the theoretical framework

historical evolution

current situation and future prospects of higher education governance in Mongolia from a comprehensive perspective.In the introduction part of the paper

we first introduce the development background of Mongolian higher education

highlight the trend of global higher education governance

and clarify the purpose and significance of the research. At the same time

we present the main research questions on governance innovation in Mongolian education reform and the hypotheses based on this innovation experience.
