摘要

Abstract

Conformity

as a prevalent social psychological phenomenon

profoundly influences the behavioral patterns of individuals and collectives. It stems from humans' instinct to seek social identity and a sense of belonging

leading individuals to adopt and mimic the behaviors

attitudes

or opinions of others under group pressure. Conformity not only shapes consumer choices

political stances

and moral judgments but also exerts a far-reaching impact on social order

cultural evolution

and collective decision-making. This article explores the multifaceted influences of conformity on social behavior and discusses how effective management and intervention strategies can guide conformity towards positive development.
