摘要

Abstract

There is a close relationship between the folk customs of festivals and the occurrence and development of traditional operas. From the perspective of cultural translation theory

this paper probes into the English translation of the festival terms in Yuan drama

analyzes their cultural connotations and functions

and puts forward the translation method of cultural translation to fully present the source language information such as semantic functions and cultural connotations.
