摘要

Abstract

Social workers in youth affairs are an important force to optimize the urban social governance system. In recent years

Guangzhou has vigorously promoted the work of youth social work affairs

and achieved good results

but there are still a series of development bottlenecks. In this paper

through the Guangzhou youth affairs social workers to carry out the empirical research

found that the group is younger

specialization and polarization of ecological characteristics

industry environment and professional environment must be optimized

and youth affairs social workers and social demand imbalance

talent ability can not meet the social demand

as well as insufficient training. It is suggested that the party and government departments should give preference to the youth affairs social workers in resource input

training and qualification certification.
