Abstract

The inheritance and innovation of paper-cutting animation under the background of intangible cultural heritage protection should adhere to the principles of innovation

systematicness and sustainability to promote paper-cutting animation in schools and communities

and improve teenagers' cognition and interest in traditional culture. Through international art festivals and cultural exchange programs

the charm of Chinese paper-cutting animation is displayed

while modern film and television technology is used to preserve and display the unique aesthetics of paper-cutting animation

which effectively promote the inheritance and innovation of paper-cutting animation under the background of intangible cultural heritage protection.
