摘要

Abstract

With the advancement of the globalization era

more and more people realize the importance of English learning. However

at the present stage of English teaching in colleges and universities

there is a phenomenon that Chinese culture is "lost in translation"

and teachers only teach English knowledge and related Western cultural contents

but neglect to integrate the excellent Chinese culture into it. Therefore

in order to enhance students' cultural heritage and increase their sense of responsibility for national cultural inheritance

teachers in colleges and universities must effectively fulfill their obligation to infuse Chinese culture into the English classroom

and the following are some strategies for the infiltration of Chinese cultural awareness in English teaching in colleges and universities.
