the process of agricultural industrialization is also a process of evolution and innovation of rural economic organizations. Based on the investigation of Laiyang City

Shandong Province

the author describes and analyzes this historical process. At the beginning of agricultural industrialization

the main forms of economic organization in rural areas were cooperatives and "leading enterprises+farmers". However

these two organizational forms have some defects. The former is mainly subject to insufficient funds and lack of mortgage assets; The latter is mainly that the contract can not constitute effective constraints on the parties. In order to overcome these defects

it is necessary to introduce organizational intermediaries to form a new organizational form- "leading enterprises+cooperatives+farmers" or "leading enterprises+large households+farmers". This organizational change has made up for the defects of the original system to a certain extent

and has increasingly developed into the main organizational form of agricultural industrialization in practice. However

because the contract is incomplete and the mortgage assets of cooperatives and large households are insufficient

these two organizational forms also face some new problems. This paper explores the path of organizational improvement and organizational innovation.
