摘要

Abstract

ESG has been warmly discussed and widely practiced in China and worldwide

and many countries and international organizations have released ESGrisk management related policies and standards. This paper reviewed ESG risk management policies

as well as ESG assessment framework made by international/local organizations and credit rating companies in China and other countries. Besides

this paper also reviews ESG risk management best practices by international financial groups and commercial banks in China

with the expectation to provide support and suggestions to commercial banks to conduct ESG risk management more comprehensively.
