摘要

Abstract

Adopting the perspective of urban-rural wage gap

this paper reviews the literature on the heterogeneity of wage returns to vocational education

analyzing how resource inequality

labor market segmentation

and regional economic disparities contribute to this wage gap. The review integrates disparate theoretical perspectives into a unified analytical framework and identifies research gaps. The findings indicate that the equalization effect of vocational education depends on skill formation

institutional barriers

and labor market dynamics; therefore

future research and policy should place greater emphasis on regional heterogeneity

vertical career progression

digital transformation

and lifelong learning.
