摘要

Abstract

This thesis focuses on Apollo Go

a project within Baidu Apollo's autonomous taxi initiative

and conducts an in-depth analysis of its intellectual property protection strategies during the research and development process. Through the study of aspects such as patent layout

trade secret protection

trademark and copyright protection

it reveals the practical measures taken by Apollo Go in the field of intellectual property protection

analyzes the challenges it faces

and puts forward corresponding optimization suggestions. The research shows that a sound intellectual property protection strategy is the key to safeguarding the R&D and innovation achievements of autonomous taxis and enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises

providing a reference for the intellectual property protection of the autonomous driving industry in China.
