摘要

Abstract

With the popularization of education and the development of higher education

the labor market competition is increasingly fierce

and more and more high-quality talents are engaged in jobs with lower qualification requirements

which is easy to produce a sense of excess qualification

and excess qualifications are becoming more and more common in the current work. Based on the theory of human-job matching and self-regulation

this study explores the influence mechanism of excess qualifications on job reshaping and organizational performance from the perspective of employees' cognition. By analyzing the interaction between several factors

it provides some references for managers in the improvement and development of organizational performance.
