摘要

Abstract

Based on 13 ST companies in the Chinese machinery manufacturing industry that were delisted in the first quarter of 2024

this paper combed the relevant key financial indicators

industry indicators

and economic and social indicators based on the data of the seven periods before they were delisted

selected 28 of them

and ranked the degree of influence of the characteristic indicators for financial risk through factor analysis

and then discussed the changes in the degree of influence of the characteristic indicators period by period. Finally a series of relevant conclusions are drawn.
