Abstract

Strengthening the construction of ecological civilization and promoting green and low-carbon development were mentioned several times in the government work report and important speeches of leaders. The rapid development of environmental protection enterprises is closely related to our lives. This paper studies the financial performance of Tianyuan Environmental Protection before and after the board transfer

compares its differences before and after the board transfer

analyzes and reveals the causes and consequences of the board transfer behavior

and then brings certain reference and reference for the NEEQ companies that plan to seek better development.
