摘要

Abstract

Supply-side structural reform is a vital initiative aimed at adapting to and guiding China's new economic normal. In recent years

this reform has achieved notable progress

injecting new momentum into China's sustainable economic development while contributing theoretical innovation to reform practice. Unlike a simple replication of Western supply-side economics

China's reform has surpassed it in terms of theoretical connotation

economic realities

institutional conditions

and policy orientation. This paper conducts a comparative analysis between the two from the perspectives of theoretical foundations

economic and institutional contexts

and policy propositions. It further summarizes the theoretical and practical innovations of China's reform and offers suggestions for its deepening.
