摘要

Abstract

As the core of the LSSC

integrators procure logistics services from specialized providers

coordinating and bundling them into complete offerings. Relying mainly on external sourcing

their strategies include wholesale

full booking

and spot purchases. This paper develops procurement models under both constrained and unconstrained budgets

analyzing strategy shifts via mathematical modeling and validating them through simulation.
