Abstract

Today's society

economy

technology and network are in a stage of rapid development

and globalization is becoming increasingly significant. Young college students have abundant channels and ample opportunities to obtain various information. On the one hand

it can help them broaden their horizon and connect with the world. On the other hand

inexperienced college students are easily guided and eroded by ill-intentioned ideas. College English mainly uses articles from English-speaking countries

so teachers should not only teach language in class

but also imperceptibly integrate thoughts and politics into it. This paper tries to take Unit7 of E English Course 2 as an example to discuss how to integrate ideological and political elements into college English classes.
