摘要

Abstract

This study explored the internationalization of vocational education

including practical approaches

strategies for sustainable innovation

and challenges faced by institutions in implementing global initiatives. International partnerships

global curricula

cross-border mobility

and digital technologies are some of the key strategies. These initiatives aim to prepare students for success in multicultural and internationalized work environments. The second pillar is sustainability through innovation

which focuses on connecting green practices with industry-academia partnerships and digital transformation. Financial constraints

policy inconsistencies

and resistance to change continue to prove an impediment. Overcoming these barriers will necessitate a multi-faceted approach: harmonizing policies

providing financial aid

and implementing inclusive strategies. This paper also identifies the need for future research in relation to the ongoing alignment of vocational education with the demands of a rapidly changing world.
