The practical teaching quality of public management discipline is an important problem faced by public management majors in colleges and universities. The traditional teaching concept seriously limits the reform and development of practical teaching. Therefore

colleges and universities should actively innovate the practical teaching mode of public management discipline

formulate new teaching plans and innovate teaching concepts

so as to improve the quality of practical teaching and promote the comprehensive development of students. Based on this

this paper starts from the teaching characteristics of the practical course of public management major in colleges and universities

and puts forward relevant strategies for innovating the practical teaching mode
