High-quality and balanced education is the core goal of education in the new era

there are challenges such as lagging school district division

and unclear responsibilities of the main bodies. It is necessary to take measures such as dynamically adjusting the scope of school districts

establishing a multi-department collaborative mechanism

building an "Internet + resource platform"

and improving compensation policies for vulnerable groups.
