Abstract

In recent years

with the globalization of the economy

the digitization of information society

and the reform of educational concepts

the mental health issues of Chinese college students have attracted high attention from the whole society. Faced with various challenges such as academic pressure

interpersonal relationships

job anxiety

and uncertainty about the unknown future

how to maintain the psychological health of college students has become an important issue that cannot be ignored. This article will systematically explore the current psychological health status of college students and its influencing factors.
