Abstract

In the context of educational reform

interdisciplinary teaching is becoming an important trend in cultivating students' comprehensive qualities. Educational drama

with its interactivity

experiential nature

and creativity

brings new vitality to art appreciation classes for high school students. This paper takes the fourth lesson of the second unit

"Human Life

" from the Hunan Fine Arts Edition as an example to elaborate on the theoretical foundation for integrating educational drama into art appreciation classes for high school students. It introduces the application process in teaching and proposes improvement measures. Finally

it looks forward to the development of interdisciplinary art education

aiming to promote innovation in high school art teaching.
