this paper analyzes the importance of human resource management innovation in this scenario

examines specific challenges such as fragmented research data

difficulties in quantifying digital achievements

and lagging data updates

and further proposes practical strategies including the construction of a research data middle platform

the establishment of a hierarchical standard for digital achievements

and the development of a real-time data module. The research shows that through the technological innovation of human resource management
