Abstract

As a core carrier for higher vocational colleges to carry out practical teaching and cultivate high-quality technical and technical talents

the practical training room's construction and management level are directly related to the quality of higher vocational education talent training and the demonstration of school-running characteristics. This article is based on Relevant research literature on the construction and management of training rooms in higher vocational colleges in my country and reflections on the practical work of practical training rooms in higher vocational colleges systematically explain the connotation of practical training rooms in higher vocational colleges

analyze the significance of their construction and management

and deeply analyze the current resource allocation and management of practical training rooms in higher vocational colleges. It analyzes the outstanding problems existing in the management system

teaching staff

operation mechanism

etc.

and puts forward targeted countermeasures and suggestions such as optimizing resource allocation

improving the management system

strengthening team building

and innovating the operation model

providing a reference for other higher vocational colleges in my country to improve the construction and management level of practical training rooms.
