摘要

Abstract

New quality productivity is an advanced productivity driven by revolutionary breakthroughs in technology

innovative allocation of production factors

and in-depth transformation and upgrading of industries

which optimally combines labourers

labour objects and labour materials to achieve a significant increase in total factor productivity. The development of new quality productivity promotes the digital transformation and business model innovation of the financial industry

and puts forward new requirements for financial talents in terms of innovation consciousness

interdisciplinary knowledge mastery

practical application and international communication. However

there are some problems in the current training of financial talents in colleges and universities

including insufficient innovation ability of students

lack of cross-fertilisation of knowledge systems

insufficient exercise of practical ability and insufficient expansion of international literacy. To solve these problems

colleges and universities need to optimise the teaching evaluation system and encourage students to participate in scientific research activities; promote interdisciplinary cross-fertilisation and strengthen interdisciplinary exchanges and collaboration; enrich practical teaching activities and improve the construction of industry-teaching integration bases; and carry out the concept of opening up the education system and promote cooperation among international colleges and universities. Through these measures

colleges and universities can better adapt to the requirements of the era of the development of new quality productivity

and make positive contributions to the cultivation of high-quality mathematical and intellectual financial talents.
