The outbreak of COVID-19 not only affects people's health and economic development

but also affects the development of higher education.COVID-19 has accelerated the transformation of university education and teaching management

bringing great challenges to university office managers as well as great innovation

development and opportunities.In the outbreak era

colleges and universities should deeply analyze the impact of the epidemic to office managers and its influence

explore the new direction of the office administrative management

pay attention to the strengthening of the flexible management rules and discipline consciousness

improve office management innovation education

information technology development

psychological health

crisis management

and other professional quality.
