摘要

Abstract

With the development of society

junior high school students are facing increasing pressure

and mental health problems are becoming more prominent. As an effective form of psychological intervention

group psychological counseling can help students improve their positive psychological qualities. This paper deeply explores the impact of group psychological counseling on the positive psychological qualities of junior high school students and reveals its crucial role in the mental health education system for junior high school students.
