摘要

Abstract

With the expanding application of digital currencies

various challenges in technology and regulatory compliance have emerged. Traditional methods have proven inadequate in addressing these challenges. Meanwhile

research has revealed limitations in the current regulatory framework

such as insufficient regulatory enforcement and unclear information disclosure standards. This paper aims to explore the deficiencies in the existing regulatory framework for digital currency transactions and focuses on the information disclosure system. Through extensive literature review and rational analysis

it proposes recommendations for system improvement

including the establishment of unified information disclosure standards

the creation of regulatory bodies

enhancement of regulatory measures

and strengthening of international cooperation. The goal is to establish an efficient information disclosure mechanism

enhance market transparency

elevate investor protection

and promote the healthy and sustainable development of the digital currency trading market.
