摘要

Abstract

With the development of Digital China

broadcasting and television media have been impacted by new media

especially in terms of their functional positioning. However

the core role of broadcasting and television in providing public cultural services has remained unchanged. To better develop the service functions of broadcasting and television

this paper reviews public cultural services within the realm of broadcasting and television and proposes several innovative methods to enhance these service functions in response to the challenges posed by new media.
