Based on the theory of cultural discourse analysis

this paper selects 20 English news texts from Belt and Road Portal to explore the international communication strategies of Jingdezhen's ceramic culture in the context of World Heritage application. Through an analysis of communication participants

content

and cultural contexts

the study reveals several challenges in the international dissemination of ceramic culture

including authoritative dominance

insufficient diversity in expression

and a singular narrative perspective. The paper proposes the construction of a multi-agent participation mechanism

enrichment of content and forms of communication

and enhancement of cultural affinity and contextual adaptability

with the aim of improving the international influence and effectiveness of ceramic culture communication.
