摘要

Abstract

Based on the historical opportunity of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area construction and the new pattern of "One Core

One Belt and One District"

and taking the quality and skill needs of language talents in the medical industry in Guangdong as the breakthrough point

this research investigates the medical enterprises

medical institutions and language services centers in Guangdong

and explores the current situation and industrial needs of the medical industry in Guangdong. At the same time

this research helps higher education institutions to explore the differences between the talent training path and the actual needs of language services in the medical industry and obtain corresponding suggestions

so as to improve the emphasis of colleges and universities on various quality indicators in the process of talent training

adjust the orientation of talent training programs

and finally achieve the goal to combine language service skills with scientific and technological knowledge so as to be highly compatible with the needs of the medical industry.
