摘要

Abstract

Tongmai Jiangtang Capsule (TJC) is a compound preparation that consists of 11 traditional Chinese herbs

which have the effects of clearing heat

promoting blood circulation

nourishing Yin

and alleviating heat-related conditions. Pharmacological studies have demonstrated that these herbs can enhance immune function and improve neurological function. They are often used alone or in conjunction with other pharmacological agents to manage diabetes mellitus (DM) and its coronary heart disease (CHD)

cerebral infarction (CI)

diabetic nephropathy (DN)

diabetic peripheral neuropathy (DPN)

and arteriosclerosis obliterans (ASO). This paper systematically summarizes the composition

pharmacological effects

and clinical applications of TJC in recent years. The aim is to provide support and assistance for the further research and development of this compound.
