摘要

Abstract

This article provides an in-depth analysis of the innovative technology and economic and social benefits of the first domestic generic of rupatadine fumarate tablets. As a novel anti-allergic drug

rupatadine fumarate tablets exhibit a dual-channel inhibitory mechanism by antagonizing both histamine and platelet-activating factor (PAF). In terms of technological innovation

the drug has improved stability and quality control through precise formulation screening and a proprietary compound crystal preparation method. The optimized process reduces the content of related substances

maintaining consistency with the reference product while offering a price advantage. It demonstrates significant clinical efficacy
