摘要

Abstract

As technology advances

the impact of automation and new tasks on the labor market and the national economy are debated topics in America. The American labor market is concerned that technological changes will lead to redundant labor (Acemoglu & Restrepo 2018) because automation will replace low-skilled workers and increase unemployment. Nevertheless

creating new tasks where a human has an irreplaceable advantage over robots could benefit low-skilled workers in the long run

reducing unemployment (Acemoglu & Restrepo 2018). Thus

this led this research to consider maintaining employment and productivity in a labor market that automation is gradually replacing. And this research will combine the relevant previous research to further explore the impact of technological change

especially new tasks

on low-skilled workers.
