with the economic environment currently due to the COVID-19 pandemic

businesses are going through a trough that the supply cannot sustain the company's consumers' demand. This research aims to analyze the impact of the pandemic in 2020 on the retail industry's employee turnover rate in the US and the composition of the high employee turnover rate.
