While driving global growth

the platform economy has spawned novel monopoly risks such as data monopolies and algorithmic collusion. This paper

based on landmark domestic and international cases (e.g.

the EU Apple Tax case

China's Meituan "Exclusive Dealing" case)

reveals the challenges posed by platform characteristics to traditional antitrust theories and the resulting regulatory conflicts. The research indicates that a synergistic approach combining legal precision

enhanced enforcement efficacy

and innovative technological oversight is needed to break the deadlock. This will facilitate the construction of a Chinese governance system characterized by "Prevention as the Priority

Punishment as the Supplement

and Technology as the Enabler."
