Abstract

Over years

some kindergartens pay too much attention on the children's safety in the kindergartens because they are afraid of taking responsibilities for any children's physical harms. Therefore

they impose many restrictions on children's behavior in the kindergartens

which actually cause great harm to the healthy growth of children. In view of this

this paper analyzes the essence

characteristics and functions of the kindergarten cultural environment

and proposes the creation strategies on it from two aspects. That is

one is to establish an excellent system culture and the other is to build a harmonious spiritual culture. These will help children achieve healthy development in the process of "interaction" with the cultural environment.
