摘要

Abstract

The rapid development of Internet technology is profoundly changing the field of education; college physical education also needs to keep up with the pace of the times for innovation. There are some problems in traditional physical education

such as limited class hours and insufficient personalization. Students can obtain personalized sports guidance through intelligent teaching

and teachers can grasp the teaching effect more accurately. Therefore

this paper focuses on the construction path of intelligent teaching mode of physical education in colleges and universities to provide practical solutions for improving students' physique and teaching efficiency.
