also known as nine-year compulsory education

aims to provide equal opportunities for every eligible child to enjoy education. However

high-quality educational resources are not infinite. Especially in recent years

with the rapid development of the economy and the acceleration of urbanization

there has been an increasing tilt of high-quality educational resources towards urban areas

leading to a polarization of urban and rural basic education. For example

there are a series of problems such as uneven financial expenditure

unstable teaching staff

and inadequate school infrastructure among different regions and schools. On the basis of drawing on previous research results

this article uses the favorable conditions of summer public welfare activities to investigate and study the allocation of basic education resources in urban and rural areas. It analyzes the problems existing in urban and rural basic education from three aspects: financial resources

teacher resources

and material resources

dissects the reasons for the gap in educational resources

and proposes countermeasures for balanced allocation of educational resources.
