Abstract

This study systematically investigates three obstacles to the development of Chinese students' oral English proficiency: pronunciation bias due to language transfer

syntactic confusion due to Chinese thinking

and speaking anxiety due to cross-cultural differences. Through the construction of a four-dimensional reform system

namely

"Teacher Training - Technology Enhancement - Curriculum Innovation - Evaluation Reform"

this study proposes a mechanism for linking urban and rural teachers and an artificial intelligence virtual scenario training and a graded certification system

By constructing a four-dimensional reform system of 'teacher training

technological empowerment

curriculum innovation and assessment reform'

we propose a joint mechanism for urban and rural teachers

artificial intelligence virtual scenario training

and a grading certification system

which provide theoretical and practical methods to solve the dilemma of 'high scores but low ability'.
