Abstract

This paper focuses on the construction and practical paths of the training system for humanistic care ability in nursing education. By analyzing the current situation of humanistic care ability training in current nursing education

exploring influencing factors

it further constructs a corresponding training system and proposes practical paths. The research aims to provide a theoretical basis and practical reference for improving the humanistic care ability of nursing students

so as to meet the needs of the modern nursing industry for high-quality nursing talents.
