This study focuses on exploring how AIGC can empower the deep integration of industry and education in the elderly care major of private higher education institutions. By analyzing the core characteristics of AIGC and its application potential in elderly care education

and by examining the pain points faced by private higher education institutions in the integration of industry and education in the elderly care field

this study constructs an AIGC-empowered mechanism model that includes five core modules: "intelligent curriculum development

" "virtual simulation training

" "intelligent resource matching

" "collaborative innovation platform

" and "dynamic evaluation and feedback." The study emphasizes that AIGC technology can effectively bridge the gap between the needs of the elderly care industry and the talent cultivation of higher education institutions

providing innovative solutions for private higher education institutions to improve the quality of elderly care talent cultivation and to serve the regional aging cause.
