Abstract

The promulgation and implementation of the "Civil Code of the People's Republic of China" marks the maturity of my country's civil legal system. Its regulatory role in social life and the function of ideological and political education in shaping individual values have an inherent correlation. This article explores the interactive integration mechanism between the Civil Code and ideological and political education from four dimensions: theoretical basis

necessity

feasibility

and practical paths

aiming to provide theoretical references and practical ideas for the construction of a society under the rule of law and the innovation of ideological and political education.
