Abstract

Tennis is a highly favored sport among college students

offering a blend of competitiveness

social interaction

and recreational benefits. Engaging in tennis not only enhances students’ physical fitness but also caters to various needs such as competitive aspirations

recreational interests

and social interactions. Consequently

tennis instruction in university sports is immensely popular. To further improve students’ tennis skills

it is crucial to analyze teaching models and methods

addressing the specific characteristics of tennis. Reforms should encompass aspects like techniques

methods

physical fitness

and competitions

assisting students in mastering key elements of tennis

strengthening physical abilities

enhancing tactics

and achieving more satisfying learning outcomes.
