摘要

Abstract

This article investigates and analyzes the implementation dilemmas of primary school after-school services

and puts forward corresponding breakthrough strategies. First

through questionnaire surveys and field investigations

the article analyzes the current dilemmas faced by primary school after-school services

such as shortage of teacher resources

low willingness of parents to pay

and single activity content.Then

the article puts forward the following breakthrough strategies:1) Expand the team of after-school service teachers

attract more retired teachers

community volunteers and parents to participate; 2) Add richer after-school activity content to increase the fun and educational value of the activities; 3) Increase publicity efforts to enhance parents' awareness of after-school services and provide fee reduction and exemption policies for families in economic difficulties.Implementing the above strategies can effectively solve the dilemmas faced by primary school after-school services and promote their further development.
